3. Delivery and Pickup Times
Choose your preferred delivery and pickup times. You will see simple pickup times and an option labeled

If you select this option, you will not be charged for the pickup date, and our team will collect
the scooter the following morning after your rental ends.

Questions about Disney ECV/Scooter Rentals
Do Disney theme parks have ECV/Scooters at the parks?
Yes, they do, but at this time do not offer a system to reserve mobility scooters or & ECVs in advance, and often sell out quickly. It is also important to note that some theme parks will not allow you to park hop with the scooter. Reserving with a 3rd party is the only to ensure you will have a mobility scooter for your vacation at Walt Disney World. Renting from a 3rd party mobility scooter rental company is often cheaper also. Epcot, Magic Kingdom, and Animal Kingdom in-park mobility scooters rent for $60 a day with a refundable deposit of $50. Disney water parks require a refundable deposit of $100. You can read more about it here. At Scooter King, we have no deposit at almost half the price.
How long should the battery last?
When we set out to found a mobility scooter/ECV company in Orlando we knew they would be used for our expansive theme parks. That's why we made sure every ECV/Scooter was upgraded with the biggest batteries available for all of the rental models we carry. You should get about 12 hours of battery life on our scooters on a full charge. In some cases, you can push 15-18 hours depending on the theme park and the rider's weight. We recommend not doing Epcot & Animal Kingdom on the same day as Animal Kingdom has many inclines and Epcot is very large. In fact, Epcot is so big you can almost fit every theme park in Orlando into Epcots 300 acres. With that much area to explore you are going to need a big battery and the good news is, we have them!
What happens if we have issues with the rental ECV/Scooter at Disney.
Most issues are something simple that can be fixed easily by visiting this page. But in the event there is a failure of one of our rental scooters at Disney we will come to the park and swap you out with a new scooter.
Can the rental scooters/ECVs use park transportation?
Yes! All of our Disney mobility ECV/scooter rentals can utilize all park transport like the busses, boats, and skyline. The 450-pound capacity scooters can be a little more difficult to get onto some of the park transport so it is recommended that you only rent that scooter if it is necessary.

Questions were answered promptly. Pickup was also smooth sailing. Scooters were comfortable, roomy, had plenty of storage and battery life. Driving them was easy. Charging nightly was a breeze. This is the place to rent from. I ordered my scooter and couldnāt figure out how to get my options. I texted the number they added it to a cart and sent me a link. Scooter was delivered to one hotel and picked up at another with no issues. Very friendly service at a reasonable cost. I hope I wonāt need one again but if I do it will be from them. They respond to the text chat promptly if you need.

Scooter King was a very professional company when it came to having to rent a scooter for the first time. The young man who dropped the scooter off at the resort was very personable and showed me how to maneuver the scooter. He even went back to his van to get me a poncho to use to cover up the electronics during any rain storms. This is something he didnt need to do so I appreciated that. The scooter kept its charge after a long day in the park as long as you charged the scooter each night. I would highly recommend Scooter King if you are in need of renting a scooter.

Scooter King was great and we will use them again in the future. We didn't know that we would need an ecv for our Disney World trip. After 3 days, my husband realized he would have to have an ecv or not go back into the parks. Other places didn't have one available, but Scooter King had last minute availability and they delivered to our resort. It saved our trip.

I was exceptionally pleased with the service of this company. I was a late booking for a quick reservation on a recent family trip to Orlando. I reached out a little over 24 hours ahead of my arrival. They assured me that there was no issue with getting a unit and it would be delivered to our Airbnb and waiting for me when I arrived. And they would pick it up 3 days later. My son arrived at the Airbnb a couple hours ahead of me and the scooter was there waiting. The day that they were to pick It up I got notification when the driver was scheduled, on the way, and had picked up. We had just to set the scooter outside the front door that morning which we did. The scooter was in immaculate condition and the battery charge was still way up at the top level even after an entire day of running around multiple parks at Disney. The prices were amazing. What it cost me to rent the scooter for 3 days was less than what it would have cost me to rent one day through Disney. I highly recommend scooter King to anyone looking to rent scooters in the Orlando area. Thank you scooter King for making me able to better enjoy spending days at the park with my grandchildren and not holding everyone up by being the slowpoke.

Rented a scooter for a Universal Parks trip over several days. Service was top notch, scooter was delivered on time to the hotel as arranged with no difficulty and pickup was just as simple, just left it at the hotel main lobby desk. Communication was great, done almost entirely via text. I was even able to extend by a day without hassle by texting them. The scooter was fast, mobile and easy to use. No annoying backup sound like the in-park ones have! The battery was also amazing, and most days didn't even deplete by one notch after a whole day of use. Would definitely rent from this company again if I took another trip to Orlando!

Okay, where do I even start? From the first time I texted inquiring about their scooter, the customer service was first-class. I rented a scooter for my 77-year-old mother so she could check off her last bucket-list item. The scooter was delivered to our hotel hours before we even arrived. The scooter was easy to charge in our room. I did spend an extra $20.00 for the whole rental for the canopy. Well worth it. They texted me, letting me know it was delivered and when it would be picked up. This company is top-notch! I rented this scooter for three days for the cost of one day to rent a Universal scooters at the park. It was easy to get on the Universal bus and the boat that takes you into the park as well. This is probably the only company I have ever done business with that was this top-notch. A 10 out of 10! I cannot recommend this company enough. We will always use them when we come to Florida. I personally want to thank everyone at Scooter King. What you all do matters so much. Again, my mother was able to enjoy her time with family and ride some rides as well. There is no way she would have been able to achieve this bucket-list item without every single one of you. Again, I am so thankful for you all.

Rented out two scooters at the last minute the day of to go to Disney World for my mother and my grandmother Scooter King answered right away and had scooters available. Customer service is awesome my Grandmother and Mother rolled their scooters for almost 7 maybe 8 hours at Disney World until we left the park. Whenever I return to Orlando I will be using them again 10/10 recommend.
