Disney Resorts
We deliver to every Disney resort, seven days a week, between 6:30 am and 5 pm. These properties require a brief meet-and-greet, so a member of our team will hand your scooter over in person. Once your order is placed, weโll text you a link to our app where you can follow your delivery or pickup window and see your driverโs ETA in real time. Youโll receive two texts โ one when your order is assigned to a driver, and another when the driver is minutes away. A final message confirms the exact time to meet in the lobby. If youโd like a different window, just message our team and weโll adjust it.
Universal Resorts
Thereโs no need to be present at most Universal resorts. Your scooter will be waiting at the front desk with the keys tucked in the back pocket and your name tag attached. The moment itโs dropped off, weโll text you a photo confirmation so you know exactly where to find it. Pickup follows the same easy process. Want to shift the timing? Weโre flexible โ reach out and weโll take care of it.
Orlando Hotels
Orlando hotels follow the same hands-off approach โ no need to be present for delivery or pickup. Your scooter is left with the front desk, keys in the back pocket and name tag attached, and a photo confirmation text goes out the moment itโs delivered. Pickup works the same way. If your schedule changes, our team can move your window to whatever works best for you.
Multi-Stay Transfers
Staying at more than one hotel, resort, or Airbnb during your trip? Weโll move your scooter for you. Simply make one reservation and add your delivery transfer date and time in the booking notes. If anything needs adjusting, our customer representative will be happy to assist.
Vacation Rental Homes & Airbnbs
We deliver to vacation rentals and Airbnbs within 25 miles of Magic Kingdom. You donโt need to be present for delivery or pickup. Your scooter will be left at the doorstep with the keys in the back pocket and your name tag attached, and youโll receive a photo confirmation text as soon as itโs dropped off. For vacation rentals, we typically deliver the night before your rental begins, between 4 pm and 6 pm, and you wonโt be charged for the delivery or pickup day. If youโd prefer a different window, reach out to our customer representative and weโll arrange it.
Please note: we cannot deliver directly to the theme parks. Third parties are not permitted inside the parks.

1. 200 lb Capacity
This model comes with two batteries, and each battery lasts 4 to 6 hours โ roughly 8 to 10 hours of total use. We recommend it for lighter riders and for shorter trips or easy maneuvering around the parks.
2. 300 lb Capacity โ Our Best Seller
This scooter breaks down into four pieces and fits easily in any car trunk, even a small car. Two of them fit in any SUV or minivan, and the heaviest piece weighs just 45 lbs. Itโs rated for 6 to 8 hours per charge, making it our standard, best-selling product. We still recommend keeping the charger with you while visiting the parks โ there are plenty of outdoor outlets near shops, restaurants, and restrooms, so you can top up during a meal or whenever itโs convenient.
3. 400 lb Capacity
The 400 lb capacity scooter comes in two models: three-wheel and four-wheel. It breaks down easily and fits in any SUV or minivan for transportation. Itโs rated for 10 to 12 hours per charge.
4. 500 lb Capacity
The 500 lb capacity scooter cannot be broken down and cannot be transported in a private vehicle. Because of that, we deliver this model only to Disney Springs area hotels, Disney hotels, and Universal hotels. Itโs rated for 10 to 12 hours per charge and is perfect for easy maneuvering.
5. Premium Scooter
Our premium scooters hold up to 450 lbs and are rated for 12 hours per charge. They come with suspension, a fixed armrest, and a sunshade that is not removable. If youโd like the premium scooter without the sunshade, just let our customer representative know or add a note to your booking โ weโll bring it to you without the sunshade.
6. Charging & Battery Care
We always recommend keeping the charger with you while visiting the parks and charging your scooter overnight, every night. While charging, you should see two solid red lights on the charger; one of them will turn green once the scooter is fully charged. In the morning, before you head out, unplug the charger and confirm that one light is green โ if it is, youโre good to go.
Choose your preferred scooter model. Each product displays two pricing options:

If you select this option, you will not be charged for the pickup date, and our team will collect

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will the battery last?
The battery life will depend on multiple factors, with the main ones being: scooter type, rider weight, terrain, and speed. You should have no problem getting 6-8 hours with the 300-pound capacity travel scooter and 8-10 hours on the 400-pound and 500-pound capacity. Each type of scooter can last much longer with even the 300-pound capacity being able to do over 12 hours but it depends on all the above factors. Parks like Animal Kingdom will significantly reduce the ride time due to the terrain and size of the park. Also, Epcot and Universal can decrease ride time if you are zig-zagging and going back and forth to different sides of the park instead of just doing a loop, as both parks have a lake in the middle. It is not recommended to park hop from Epcot or Animal Kingdom, as by the time you get to your next park, the battery will already be significantly reduced. You should always bring the charger to the park and charge at lunch and dinner.
What if it rains?
Rain should be avoided at ALL costs. There are a lot of sensitive electronic components in our mobility scooters and puddles and heavy rain will ruin the scooters. We do provide a poncho to help cover up the scooter controls and the rider. Heavy rain is to be avoided at all costs. If the scooter does get wet you will need to wipe the scooter and chair down, take the battery off dry the battery tray, and the battery its self.
What happens if we have issues with our scooter at the park?
If you happen to have issues at the park you can contact us through website chat or text us and a manager will call you to coordinate a time to either meet at the front of the park or at your hotel/vacation rental to swap the scooter out with a different one.
Can you delivery directly to the parks?
No companies are allowed to deliver or pick up mobility scooters from the parks. The only time we can come to the parks is when there is an issue with the scooters.
Do I need to be present for delivery and retrieval?
For Disney-themed hotels, yes. This is a Disney rule for all non-Disney scooters. Also, note just because the Hotel is on Disney property that does not always mean it is a Disney-themed hotel. For instance, the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is on Disney property but is not a Disney-themed hotel. For non Disney-themed hotels and Universal Resorts, the bell staff or front desk will hold the scooter when we deliver it and will hold it for when you are done with it.
Can someone sit in my lap on the scooter while I drive it?
No, do not do this. Even if the weight of the two riders combined does not exceed the limit it throws off the center of gravity and weight distribution of the scooter. Even a 30-pound child and a 120-pound grandma will quickly drain the battery.

The Scooter Rental was absolutely the best! They dropped them off at our condo early so they were there when we arrived. We last minute decided to stay another day and they very easily added an additional day to our rental all I had to do was click the link and pay. The scooters themselves were great! The charge lasted all day for wach day we used them. They stood up to 1 day in Disney Springs, 2 days in Universal and 1 day in Sea World! We only had one hiccup with charging and we called they were able to help over the phone with zero problems after! I would definitely recommend to anyone!
I was in hospital a week prior to our vacation and required a scooter for our trip. It was June and HOT. This scooter was great, it was fast and quiet. Scooter Kingโs Heavy Duty Mobility Scooter Rental Service was a Wonderful experience for us.
Our Scooter was fully charged & waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived. We took in Three Universal Studio theme parks, (Volcano Bay with itโs sprinkler cooled walkways was far to wet an environment) & Sea World with nary a worry about keeping up with the kids or being able to have enough Power/Torque to tackle the huge 10+hr days & everything the parks could throw at us. Be it long winded Grades & board walks, to cobblestone streets, even with my 6โ3โ 350lb carcass aboard. A simple charge every night provided more battery Range than was required.
One of the biggest benefits of having the scooter was not only the increased mobility & speed it provided me with given my back surgery limiting my standing time to only a few hours at best. It Also made a Great pack mule for carrying everything my kids & wife were tired of carrying.
Breakdown & set up was a breeze & it tucked away nicely in the rear of our 2021 Ford Explorer ST.

Great experience!! I have a bad knee, and when walking for hours itโs miserable. Renting from Scooter King saved the Disney Magic day. This is my second year! We love dealing with this company.
I unexpectedly broke my ankle in 3 places and had plates and rods added 8 weeks before our Disney Halloween trip. We didnโt think we would be able to make the trip at all but my doctor released me days before our trip. I knew I could tackle Disney on my feet all day. This was amazing! The light was helpful when it got dark at the park. My family hated that I was the line leader and was always ahead of them. I didnโt expect the scooter to move so quickly but it was great. We come to Disney often throughout the year and I would highly recommend to anyone with mobility issues. I would even consider in the future.
my dad really enjoyed his scooter at Disney world he 90 years old walked the first two days but wanted scooter for the last three days it was comfortable and just what he needed at a affordable price highly recommend them good people to deal with.
We had a wonderful experience with Scooter King. I did everything online and used the chat to ask a few questions. They answered promptly and the ordering process was very smooth. My sister and I used scooters at our recent visit to the Disney and Universal theme parks. Your scooters allowed us to enjoy our vacation and without them I would have had only a small fraction of the experience. We heeded the tips to preserve battery life and did not lose power even the night we stayed at the park until about 11:00 pm. If you have mobility concerns I highly recommend Scooter King. Their pick-up and drop off procedure at our Non Disney lodgings went smoothly as well.
Easy delivery and pick up, ended up needing a crutch bag and they delivered it no problem. All together a smooth transaction. The scooter itself was very nice held a charge for the whole day and by the time I got up the next day it was ready to go again with a full charge.
The scooter itself worked well, in general. The MAJOR downfall was the steering column, the teeth that held it in place were so stripped that it kept moving while I was driving the scooter around. I made support aware and they attempted to help me but every time I thought it was tightened enough and aligned it was falling in my lap or falling forward. I ended up just leaving it at the resort for the last 2 days.
It was a great experience with these guys. They were sharp and had good communication and punctuality dropping and picking up the equipment, and kindly explaining and giving instructions. Also, the equipment was very reliable and well-maintained, and the battery barely discharged.
When I got my scooter the battery did not have a full charge. I called the customer service line and they dispatched a replacement scooter to my hotel. The delivery driver Curtis was very helpful and kind and it was a great experience will definitely use the company again.
