Booking Instructions
1. Select Your Scooter
Choose your preferred scooter model. Each product displays two pricing options:
• Flat Rate (for 1–2 days)
• 3+ Days (for rentals of 3 or more days).
2. Choose Rental Dates
Select your rental period:
• For 1 day, select the same date twice.
• For 2 days, select both dates.
• For 3 or more days, select your start and end dates.
3. Delivery and Pickup Times
Choose your preferred delivery and pickup times. You will see simple pickup times and an option labeled
“The morning after my reservation ends.”
If you select this option, you will not be charged for the pickup date, and our team will collect
the scooter the following morning after your rental ends.
4. Enter Delivery Information
You will see four delivery options:
1. Disney-themed hotel – Select this, and all Disney Resorts and Hotels will appear in the list.
2. Orlando / Universal / Kissimmee Area hotel – Select and enter your hotel name and address.
3. Vacation rental home – Select and enter your rental home or Airbnb address.
4. Pickup at warehouse – Choose if you want to pick up your scooter yourself:

5. Provide Contact Details
Enter your full name, phone number, height, and weight.
6. Booking Notes (Optional)
In the booking notes section, you can mention your preferred delivery and pickup times or any other important details.
7. Check All Acknowledgments
Review and check all acknowledgment boxes to confirm that you have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.
8. Click “Book Now”
Before clicking “Book Now,” ensure that you have selected your rental dates and filled out all
required fields.
Your selected product will be added to your cart, and you will be redirected to the checkout page.
9. Booking Multiple Scooters
To book two of the same model, adjust the quantity under the option when selecting dates
before clicking “Book Now.”
To book different models (e.g., 300 lb & 400 lb), repeat the steps for each product separately.
10. Add Add-Ons (Optional)
To add accessories, go back to the product page, select your add-on, and click “Book Now.” It will appear in your cart.
11. Checkout
Go to your checkout page to review all products, confirm your total, and complete your booking.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will the battery last?
The battery life will depend on multiple factors, with the main ones being: scooter type, rider weight, terrain, and speed. You should have no problem getting 6-8 hours with the 300-pound capacity travel scooter and 8-10 hours on the 400-pound and 500-pound capacity. Each type of scooter can last much longer with even the 300-pound capacity being able to do over 12 hours but it depends on all the above factors. Parks like Animal Kingdom will significantly reduce the ride time due to the terrain and size of the park. Also, Epcot and Universal can decrease ride time if you are zig-zagging and going back and forth to different sides of the park instead of just doing a loop, as both parks have a lake in the middle. It is not recommended to park hop from Epcot or Animal Kingdom, as by the time you get to your next park, the battery will already be significantly reduced. You should always bring the charger to the park and charge at lunch and dinner.
What if it rains?
Rain should be avoided at ALL costs. There are a lot of sensitive electronic components in our mobility scooters and puddles and heavy rain will ruin the scooters. We do provide a poncho to help cover up the scooter controls and the rider. Heavy rain is to be avoided at all costs. If the scooter does get wet you will need to wipe the scooter and chair down, take the battery off dry the battery tray, and the battery its self.
What happens if we have issues with our scooter at the park?
If you happen to have issues at the park you can contact us through website chat or text us and a manager will call you to coordinate a time to either meet at the front of the park or at your hotel/vacation rental to swap the scooter out with a different one.
Can you delivery directly to the parks?
No companies are allowed to deliver or pick up mobility scooters from the parks. The only time we can come to the parks is when there is an issue with the scooters.
Do I need to be present for delivery and retrieval?
For Disney-themed hotels, yes. This is a Disney rule for all non-Disney scooters. Also, note just because the Hotel is on Disney property that does not always mean it is a Disney-themed hotel. For instance, the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is on Disney property but is not a Disney-themed hotel. For non Disney-themed hotels and Universal Resorts, the bell staff or front desk will hold the scooter when we deliver it and will hold it for when you are done with it.
Can someone sit in my lap on the scooter while I drive it?
No, do not do this. Even if the weight of the two riders combined does not exceed the limit it throws off the center of gravity and weight distribution of the scooter. Even a 30-pound child and a 120-pound grandma will quickly drain the battery.

Everything from beginning to end was a top rate experience! This was the first time I rented a scooter outside of the parks for my elderly Mom and it won't be the last. The scooter was in great condition and looked great, my Mom was smitten and the freedom it gave her to "go the distance" was priceless. Drop off and pick up at our Disney hotel was so easy and just a delightful experience. Can't wait to rent again!

It was my first time renting a mobility scooter last month in November 2025. I was so glad my family suggested I get a scooter to use during our vacation to Universal Orlando after my recent knee replacement surgery. Scheduling a rental of the mobility scooter was easy and the drop off & pickup service by Scooter King Orlando was exceptional. I was very happy with Scooter King Orlando and I will most definitely rent my next mobility scooter from Scooter King Orlando again when we plan to return to Universal Orlando next year in 2026.
I loved this scooter! It was so comfortable, battery lasts long time and rides smooth. The sunshade I didn't care for because I felt I couldn't see around or behind me, but other than that GREAT scooter!

I got the scooter for my mom who had a double knee replacement and she absolutely loved it! It definitely saved her and allowed her to enjoy the trip to Universal. She was having withdrawals when we got home. It was such an easy process and the scooter was there when we needed it and never had an issue with the battery. Will totally rent again!
The scooter worked fine, didn’t come with the sunshade though but wasn’t a fan of the rude I’m assuming guy who picked it up. They were very condescending and passive aggressive in text messages to me about pick up… since it was the same person who dropped it off (which is not verbatim what was said, more like “I should know seeing as how I dropped it off”) I can conclude it was a male. Not sure why pickup information was taken at time of reservation if the person responsible for that doesn’t know where they’re supposed to be picking up. Anyways, the scooter worked great.
Very convenient ordering online, delivery was super, right to the hotel on time. The only issue we had was contacting them for an early pickup as you can’t leave their scooters at the valet to be picked up. My husband was happy with this!

I called around and they seemed to have the scooters that had the longest daily battery life. We rented two of their premium models and scooted around WDW and Univ. Studio for 6 days. We had no issue with battery life and they did not even get below half used. Naturally we made sure they got a good charge each night. We got the three-wheel model and prefer it without the sunshade which we just took off and put back on before returning it. They gave us a discount and did not charge us extra to pick them up at WDW and drop them off again at Univ Studio early the next morning. We highly recommend their scooters and service. The scooter was a game changer! I was able to enjoy everything with my family as I didn’t felt tired and my knees didn’t hurt. Easy to move in the parks and to and from the resort! Battery lasted for the whole day! Service was very good, would rent again!

Didn’t have what I ordered. Gave me a 4 wheeled scooter and you cannot drive in Disney World without catching passing people by the feet. No lights shining down on floor and no usb charger. Gave me $20 back
