Booking Instructions
1. Select Your Scooter
Choose your preferred scooter model. Each product displays two pricing options:
• Flat Rate (for 1–2 days)
• 3+ Days (for rentals of 3 or more days).
2. Choose Rental Dates
Select your rental period:
• For 1 day, select the same date twice.
• For 2 days, select both dates.
• For 3 or more days, select your start and end dates.
3. Delivery and Pickup Times
Choose your preferred delivery and pickup times. You will see simple pickup times and an option labeled
“The morning after my reservation ends.”
If you select this option, you will not be charged for the pickup date, and our team will collect
the scooter the following morning after your rental ends.
4. Enter Delivery Information
You will see four delivery options:
1. Disney-themed hotel – Select this, and all Disney Resorts and Hotels will appear in the list.
2. Orlando / Universal / Kissimmee Area hotel – Select and enter your hotel name and address.
3. Vacation rental home – Select and enter your rental home or Airbnb address.
4. Pickup at warehouse – Choose if you want to pick up your scooter yourself:

5. Provide Contact Details
Enter your full name, phone number, height, and weight.
6. Booking Notes (Optional)
In the booking notes section, you can mention your preferred delivery and pickup times or any other important details.
7. Check All Acknowledgments
Review and check all acknowledgment boxes to confirm that you have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.
8. Click “Book Now”
Before clicking “Book Now,” ensure that you have selected your rental dates and filled out all
required fields.
Your selected product will be added to your cart, and you will be redirected to the checkout page.
9. Booking Multiple Scooters
To book two of the same model, adjust the quantity under the option when selecting dates
before clicking “Book Now.”
To book different models (e.g., 300 lb & 400 lb), repeat the steps for each product separately.
10. Add Add-Ons (Optional)
To add accessories, go back to the product page, select your add-on, and click “Book Now.” It will appear in your cart.
11. Checkout
Go to your checkout page to review all products, confirm your total, and complete your booking.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will the battery last?
The battery life will depend on multiple factors, with the main ones being: scooter type, rider weight, terrain, and speed. You should have no problem getting 6-8 hours with the 300-pound capacity travel scooter and 8-10 hours on the 400-pound and 500-pound capacity. Each type of scooter can last much longer with even the 300-pound capacity being able to do over 12 hours but it depends on all the above factors. Parks like Animal Kingdom will significantly reduce the ride time due to the terrain and size of the park. Also, Epcot and Universal can decrease ride time if you are zig-zagging and going back and forth to different sides of the park instead of just doing a loop, as both parks have a lake in the middle. It is not recommended to park hop from Epcot or Animal Kingdom, as by the time you get to your next park, the battery will already be significantly reduced. You should always bring the charger to the park and charge at lunch and dinner.
What if it rains?
Rain should be avoided at ALL costs. There are a lot of sensitive electronic components in our mobility scooters and puddles and heavy rain will ruin the scooters. We do provide a poncho to help cover up the scooter controls and the rider. Heavy rain is to be avoided at all costs. If the scooter does get wet you will need to wipe the scooter and chair down, take the battery off dry the battery tray, and the battery its self.
What happens if we have issues with our scooter at the park?
If you happen to have issues at the park you can contact us through website chat or text us and a manager will call you to coordinate a time to either meet at the front of the park or at your hotel/vacation rental to swap the scooter out with a different one.
Can you delivery directly to the parks?
No companies are allowed to deliver or pick up mobility scooters from the parks. The only time we can come to the parks is when there is an issue with the scooters.
Do I need to be present for delivery and retrieval?
For Disney-themed hotels, yes. This is a Disney rule for all non-Disney scooters. Also, note just because the Hotel is on Disney property that does not always mean it is a Disney-themed hotel. For instance, the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is on Disney property but is not a Disney-themed hotel. For non Disney-themed hotels and Universal Resorts, the bell staff or front desk will hold the scooter when we deliver it and will hold it for when you are done with it.
Can someone sit in my lap on the scooter while I drive it?
No, do not do this. Even if the weight of the two riders combined does not exceed the limit it throws off the center of gravity and weight distribution of the scooter. Even a 30-pound child and a 120-pound grandma will quickly drain the battery.

Very easy company to deal with. We picked it up at the warehouse,no problem. They picked it up at my request at my location. It was a very good price compared with other companies. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you I highly recommend this company.
Sun shade was great & a superb the value! It was nice to have a little shade. I do wish it folded down somehow because it felt weird when the scooter was used inside, but overall, happy we had it.
Everything from scheduling, purchasing, delivery, and pick up was a breeze. I would highly recommend. Very affordable, the scooter was comfortable, and it met all of my needs.
I enjoyed the cart for the freedom to get me around. What made it not so good was the sunscreen needs more stability. It wobbles & shakes & this last time it was actually crooked. Which made itdifficult entering certain places, so i ended up walking occasionally which xauses pain after a bit. The shade needs either a secondary connection across the base to help keep it steadier. The seat coushin never seems to stay snapped together & gets rather uncomfortable after all day riding. I do use an added seat cushion to help. But other than that it served its purpose. Also it would be nice if there was a hook or anchor on the back to hold a bag since there's zero room to put it on back of seat due to rod used for sun cover.

I booked for sunshade months in advance and I didn’t know I wasn’t getting one til the guy dropped scooter off. They said they sold out but didn’t say anything til they drop it off. I will be going to a different company next month when I come back to Disney.
This rental was great! They did everything they said they would do. Only con was they were late but we had built that time in so it was no big deal to us. Plan extra hour in there. Canopy was great as it was sunny. I saw no other canopies at any of the parks we went to. Kept me cool. Will rent from them again!!!
Renting from Scooter King was a very pleasant experience. Getting the scooter with the sun shade to ride around Disney and being extremely pregnant, was a game changer. The delivery to the resort, the break down of how it works and putting it together, even when I had questions later in the evening, they were available to me to answer questions. Great service and highly recommended them.

The canopy was beat to hell. It was so rough looking and torn it was embarrassing to use so I didn't use it at all. I left it in the hotel. Very dirty and ripped.
Service was timely as scheduled. Canopy was easy to attach and detach when transporting. Gave 4 starts because it was wobbly, it is the kind with one rod to attach maybe if it was the one with two it would have not been as wobbly? Anyway, this is our second time renting with Scooter King, we plan to continue to rent from this company as their prices are competitive and the customer service is wonderful.
I rented a scooter for my mom to take her to the universal parks. They delivered it to my hote land also picked it up from the hotel. Great service , great scooter i will use their services again when i visit Orlando.
They never delivered the shade and when I called to see if one could be delivered, they refused to bring me one.
Scooter King Orlando was fantastic! Communication with the company was super easy, and the scooter with a canopy made my life so much easier at 36 weeks pregnant. They offer free delivery and pickup right to your hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The battery lasted all day, even in the mid-90s Florida heat—no stress about it dying on me.
Sunshade kept falling off and was more trouble that it was worth. Not stable at all. Skip this extra cost

I rented this for my mom for a surprise trip to Disney. She was so excited to go and the shade cover ensured that the hot Florida sun didn't burn her. When even my son and I came off a ride that she didn't want to ride she was always chatting with someone about her scooter and sun shade. I would 100% rent the sunshade again! We were on the only one in the park with the sunshade making it very easy to locate her!

First scooter was broken and they replaced it quickly with a very nice scooter. My mom was able to enjoy universal with us and the kids thanks to this wonderful service
Just great
it was OK… It’s at the job done! However, it was really large, difficult to navigate through doorways, and relatively rocky from side to side, making it even more difficult to navigate small spaces. In the future, I would probably just try to rent or bring my own smaller sunshade. All in all though, I was grateful to have it, and it was a super affordable flat rate for the entire rental period.
Got this for my 80 year old mom to join us on a central Florida vacation. Delivery was prompt and she had no problems using the scooter. She was very happy and so were we.
The wrong canopy for the model scooter was delivered and leaned so bad that I ended up removing it and not using it during the rental.
Sunshade was not secure and leaned to the right. I hit 2 people and several door frames because it leaned over so far.

Loved the scooter, great battery life. However, the sunshade was wobbly and didn’t really help. Would not get the sunshade again
The shade cover was too large so I had issues with parking and going thru doorways. The scooter was great and the charger work extremely well and did not have to recharge during the time at the parks as I had to with other scooter companies. Also you can't beat the prices!

The sunshade was not fitting easily for the scooter they delivered at first. It was wobbly once I finally got it attached and had to remove because it was just not secure. Do not recommend.
We use scooter king every time we go to Disney. So convenient, can pack in an SUV, the sunshade was great in the hot weather. Easy delivery too. Highly recommend!
