Mobility Scooter & ECV Rentals Near Disney's All-Star Music Resort

Disney's All-Star Music Resort sits at 1801 West Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. It is themed around five musical genres — Calypso, Jazz, Rock, Country and Broadway — with giant guitars, saxophones, cowboy boots, maracas and Broadway marquees decorating the courtyards. The main building is called Melody Hall, and it holds the lobby, Intermission Food Court, Note'able Games Arcade, Maestro Mickey's gift shop, and the Disney bus stop. Registration is wheelchair-accessible, with accessible routes from the porte-cochère to the front desk.

Melody Hall is our meet-and-greet location. We meet you inside the lobby, hand over the scooter, walk you through the controls and charging, and stay until you're comfortable — no unattended drop-offs, no guessing how to operate it.

All-Star Music has roughly 1,920 rooms across ten three-story buildings, arranged in five themed sections: Calypso, Jazz Inn, Rock Inn, Country Fair and Broadway Hotel. Every building has an elevator, so you never need to carry a scooter up stairs.

It is also the only All-Star resort with Family Suites — roughly 520 square feet, sleeping up to six, with a separate bedroom, a living area with a sleeper sofa, two bathrooms, and a small kitchenette. The extra square footage makes Family Suites the easiest place to keep a larger scooter parked overnight, and the kitchenette counter is a convenient charging spot.

Standard rooms are around 260 square feet with two queen beds; the Murphy-style bed folds up against the wall during the day, freeing floor space for parking and charging a scooter. Accessible rooms (roll-in showers, hearing-accessible kits) are limited — request one with Disney when you book. Disney asks that mobility devices not be left in hallways or walkways, so plan to store your scooter inside your room.

Pro tip: Request a ground-floor room or one near an elevator. Preferred rooms sit closest to Melody Hall, shortening the ride to the food court, lobby and bus stop.

Melody Hall sits at the center of the resort, with walkways radiating out to the five themed sections. Paths are wide, flat, and mostly concrete or brick pavers — easy riding for any of our scooters, including the three-wheel models.

Expect a short ride from your building to:

• Melody Hall (lobby, Intermission Food Court, arcade, gift shop, bus stop) — 2 to 7 minutes depending on building
• Piano Pool — the main feature pool, shaped like a grand piano, with a guitar-shaped fountain
• Guitar Pool — the quieter pool located in the Calypso section
• Laundry rooms, ice machines and playgrounds scattered across the sections

No steep hills or stairs on the main routes. The only thing to watch for is pooling water after a Florida afternoon storm — brick pavers near the pools can be slick, so slow down on turns.

The All-Star Music bus stop is located at the front of Melody Hall, right outside the lobby doors. Every Disney resort bus is wheelchair- and ECV-accessible, equipped with a ramp or lift, and drivers are trained to load scooters first. Buses run to all four theme parks, both water parks, Disney Springs, and the other two All-Star resorts.

Disney's published maximum mobility device size is approximately 32 inches wide by 48 inches long. All Scooter King Orlando scooters fit within this limit, including the Premium models. Most buses carry only two devices at a time, so plan an extra 10–15 minutes at peak times (park opening and closing).

Riding tip: Park your scooter in the bus's designated securement area, set the brake, and stay seated during the ride. The driver will deploy the ramp and strap the scooter in.

If you prefer to skip the bus, the 400 lb scooters break down to fit any SUV or minivan, and the 300 lb folding model fits compact cars and standard rideshares.

Scooter King Orlando uses meet-and-greet delivery only at Disney's All-Star Music Resort, 1801 West Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. We do not leave scooters unattended at your room.

A member of our team meets you in person — usually in the Melody Hall lobby — hands over the scooter, walks you through the controls, brakes and charging, and answers any questions on the spot before you ride off. This personal handoff means you're never guessing how to operate the scooter — you're confident on it from minute one.

Your scooter is yours from check-in to checkout, so you never have to pick it up and drop it off at each park. When your stay ends, we collect it from the resort — no need to return it anywhere.

Choose from:

• 200 lb travel scooter — lightest, two batteries, folds small
• 300 lb folding scooter — full suspension, fits compact cars
• 400 lb scooters in 3-wheel and 4-wheel versions
• 500 lb bariatric scooter — 18 to 20 mile range
• Premium scooters with sunshade, phone charger and captain's chair

Every rental on this page is 15% off. Live chat and texting are open 24/7.

Charge your scooter overnight in your room — every room and Family Suite has standard outlets, and the charger is small enough to tuck behind the scooter. A full overnight charge is enough for a full park day on every model.

In the parks, outlets are easy to find near shops, restaurants and restrooms. Bring the charger with you if you plan a long day — a 30-minute top-up during lunch adds hours of range. The Premium models also include a built-in mobile charging port for your phone.

Range by model:

• 200 lb — 10 to 12 miles (two batteries, 4 to 6 hours each)
• 300 lb — 12 to 15 miles (6 to 8 hours)
• 400 lb — 15 to 18 miles (10 to 12 hours)
• 500 lb bariatric — 18 to 20 miles
• Premium — up to 12 hours / 15.5 miles

Intermission Food Court (in Melody Hall) is the resort's quick-service restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with stations themed to different music genres. Scooters can roll right up to the ordering area, and there is plenty of open seating with scooter clearance.

Piano Pool is the main feature pool, shaped like a grand piano with a guitar-shaped fountain in the middle. Pool decks are wide and scooter-accessible. The Guitar Pool in the Calypso section is the quieter option.

Other things to do: the Note'able Games Arcade, playgrounds, nightly Movies Under the Stars (check the activity calendar), and jogging paths connecting the resort to All-Star Sports and All-Star Movies — you can scoot the whole All-Star loop on one charge.

How does delivery work at Disney's All-Star Music Resort?
We use meet-and-greet delivery only — a team member meets you in person at 1801 West Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830, usually in the Melody Hall lobby. We hand over the scooter, walk you through the controls and charging, and stay until you're comfortable. The scooter is yours from check-in to checkout.

Will the scooter fit on Disney buses?
Yes. Disney's resort buses are wheelchair- and ECV-accessible, and all of our scooters fit within Disney's published size limit (about 32 by 48 inches). Most buses carry only a couple of devices at a time, so allow extra time at peak hours.

Which scooter should I choose?
If you ride Disney buses, the Premium Scooter with Sunshade is the easiest. Driving your own car? Take the 400 lb scooter. Small car or switching hotels? The 300 lb folds in seconds. The 200 lb is the lightest for short days, and the 500 lb bariatric model is for guests over 450 lbs.

Do Family Suites make storing a scooter easier?
Yes. All-Star Music is the only All-Star resort with Family Suites — roughly 520 square feet with a separate bedroom and living area, so there is more floor space for parking and charging a larger scooter.

How long does a charge last?
About 6 to 8 hours on the 300 lb, 10 to 12 hours on the 400 lb, up to 12 hours on the Premium, and an 18 to 20 mile range on the 500 lb.

Where do I keep the scooter in my room?
Inside your room, not in the hallway. Folding models tuck beside the bed, and you can plug the scooter in overnight so it is full for the next park day.

How do I reserve, and are there discounts?
Use any Reserve Now button on this page. Our live chat and texting are available 24/7. Every rental shown here is 15% off, and for stays longer than 7 days just ask us for a special rate.
