How can I book?
What Scooter Should I Pick?
We suggest getting the scooter that fits your weight capacity best. For example, do not rent the 450-pound capacity scooter if the rider only weighs 200 pounds. It should be noted all of our scooters come with the largest batteries available and will get you through a full day.

Are the scooters waterproof?
As of 2023, there are zero waterproof scooters / ECVs being made by any manufacturer. Light rain is typically not an issue but puddles can and will ruin the scooter. Try and avoid rain at all costs, it is an electric scooter after all. r Content
What if the scooter has issues after we receive it?
As long as you have not left the city we will come to wherever you are and swap the scooter or battery out for no charge.
Will the travel scooter fit into any car?
Yes, the travel scooter will fit into ANY car trunk. Several can fit inside Vans & SUVs.
How long does the battery last?
We guarantee 8 hours on all of our scooters but all of them are rated for 12 or more hours. You should have no problem doing a full park day if the scooter was charged the night before. If you plan on doing more than 10 hours we suggest bringing the charger with you and charging at lunch and dinner. It is advised NOT to do Animal Kingdom & Epcot on the same day as Animal Kingdom has inclines that are tougher on the battery and Epcot is enormous ( you can fit almost every theme park in Orlando into Epcot's acreage).
Do I need to be present for pick up and delivery?
Only for Disney-themed Hotels, Disney requires the guest or a member of the guest's party to be present for pick up and drop off. At all other hotels, you do not need to be present for pick up or drop off.
My pick-up and drop-off location is different.

Can you delivery directly to the parks?
No companies are allowed to deliver or pick up mobility scooters from the parks. The only time we can come to the parks is when there is an issue with the scooters.
Can someone sit in my lap on the scooter while I drive it?
No, do not do this. Even if the weight of the two riders combined does not exceed the limit it throws off the center of gravity and weight distribution of the scooter. Even a 30-pound child and a 120-pound grandma will quickly drain the battery.
Can the rental scooters use Park transportation?
Yes, all of our Scooters are able to take advantage of Orlandos theme parks transportation. Whether you plan on using Magic Kingdoms monorail or Universal Studios busses we have you covered!
Do you deliver to my Location?
We offer free delivery to all hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals within 15 miles of Magic Kingdom. This includes Universal Studios Hotels, Disney Hotels, I-Drive hotels, and vacation rentals in Championsgate and Kississimee.
