At the Magic Kingdom, “Liberty Square Riverboat” and “Tom Sawyer’s Island” will be closing permanently. Taking their place will be a new “Cars” themed section of the park. At the Animal Kingdom even more changes will be underway. “It’s Tough To Be a Bug!” a classic that has been in operation since the opening of the park will be closing down to make room for “Zootopia: Better Zoogether!” At the end of 2025, “Dinosaur” and “Dinoland USA” will be shut down and reinvented into “Tropical Americas” providing a home to all new Encanto and Indiana Jones themed attractions.
