Disney Resorts
We deliver to every Disney resort, seven days a week, between 6:30 am and 5 pm. These properties require a brief meet-and-greet, so a member of our team will hand your scooter over in person. Once your order is placed, we’ll text you a link to our app where you can follow your delivery or pickup window and see your driver’s ETA in real time. You’ll receive two texts — one when your order is assigned to a driver, and another when the driver is minutes away. A final message confirms the exact time to meet in the lobby. If you’d like a different window, just message our team and we’ll adjust it.
Universal Resorts
There’s no need to be present at most Universal resorts. Your scooter will be waiting at the front desk with the keys tucked in the back pocket and your name tag attached. The moment it’s dropped off, we’ll text you a photo confirmation so you know exactly where to find it. Pickup follows the same easy process. Want to shift the timing? We’re flexible — reach out and we’ll take care of it.
Orlando Hotels
Orlando hotels follow the same hands-off approach — no need to be present for delivery or pickup. Your scooter is left with the front desk, keys in the back pocket and name tag attached, and a photo confirmation text goes out the moment it’s delivered. Pickup works the same way. If your schedule changes, our team can move your window to whatever works best for you.
Multi-Stay Transfers
Staying at more than one hotel, resort, or Airbnb during your trip? We’ll move your scooter for you. Simply make one reservation and add your delivery transfer date and time in the booking notes. If anything needs adjusting, our customer representative will be happy to assist.
Vacation Rental Homes & Airbnbs
We deliver to vacation rentals and Airbnbs within 25 miles of Magic Kingdom. You don’t need to be present for delivery or pickup. Your scooter will be left at the doorstep with the keys in the back pocket and your name tag attached, and you’ll receive a photo confirmation text as soon as it’s dropped off. For vacation rentals, we typically deliver the night before your rental begins, between 4 pm and 6 pm, and you won’t be charged for the delivery or pickup day. If you’d prefer a different window, reach out to our customer representative and we’ll arrange it.
Please note: we cannot deliver directly to the theme parks. Third parties are not permitted inside the parks.
1. Most Issues Are Solved in Minutes
About 60–70% of issues are resolved over chat or a quick call. Our team will walk you through a few simple troubleshooting steps. These scooters are FDA-registered medical equipment, which means they contain many sensors and fine settings, and small adjustments — such as resetting the batteries — solve the majority of problems. If we can’t fix it remotely, we’ll gladly swap your scooter for a new one.

3. Don’t Struggle on Your Own
We’re a rental company, and we understand that rental equipment can occasionally act up. That’s never a reason for you to struggle on your own. Reach out any time, let us know what’s happening, and we’ll accommodate you as much as we possibly can.
1. 200 lb Capacity
This model comes with two batteries, and each battery lasts 4 to 6 hours — roughly 8 to 10 hours of total use. We recommend it for lighter riders and for shorter trips or easy maneuvering around the parks.
2. 300 lb Capacity — Our Best Seller
This scooter breaks down into four pieces and fits easily in any car trunk, even a small car. Two of them fit in any SUV or minivan, and the heaviest piece weighs just 45 lbs. It’s rated for 6 to 8 hours per charge, making it our standard, best-selling product. We still recommend keeping the charger with you while visiting the parks — there are plenty of outdoor outlets near shops, restaurants, and restrooms, so you can top up during a meal or whenever it’s convenient.
3. 400 lb Capacity
The 400 lb capacity scooter comes in two models: three-wheel and four-wheel. It breaks down easily and fits in any SUV or minivan for transportation. It’s rated for 10 to 12 hours per charge.
4. 500 lb Capacity
The 500 lb capacity scooter cannot be broken down and cannot be transported in a private vehicle. Because of that, we deliver this model only to Disney Springs area hotels, Disney hotels, and Universal hotels. It’s rated for 10 to 12 hours per charge and is perfect for easy maneuvering.
5. Premium Scooter
Our premium scooters hold up to 450 lbs and are rated for 12 hours per charge. They come with suspension, a fixed armrest, and a sunshade that is not removable. If you’d like the premium scooter without the sunshade, just let our customer representative know or add a note to your booking — we’ll bring it to you without the sunshade.
6. Charging & Battery Care
We always recommend keeping the charger with you while visiting the parks and charging your scooter overnight, every night. While charging, you should see two solid red lights on the charger; one of them will turn green once the scooter is fully charged. In the morning, before you head out, unplug the charger and confirm that one light is green — if it is, you’re good to go.

Booking Instructions
1. Select Your Scooter
Choose your preferred scooter model. Each product displays two pricing options:
• Flat Rate (for 1–2 days)
• 3+ Days (for rentals of 3 or more days).
2. Choose Rental Dates
Select your rental period:
• For 1 day, select the same date twice.
• For 2 days, select both dates.
• For 3 or more days, select your start and end dates.
3. Delivery and Pickup Times
Choose your preferred delivery and pickup times. You will see simple pickup times and an option labeled
“The morning after my reservation ends.”
If you select this option, you will not be charged for the pickup date, and our team will collect
the scooter the following morning after your rental ends.
4. Enter Delivery Information
You will see four delivery options:
1. Disney-themed hotel – Select this, and all Disney Resorts and Hotels will appear in the list.
2. Orlando / Universal / Kissimmee Area hotel – Select and enter your hotel name and address.
3. Vacation rental home – Select and enter your rental home or Airbnb address.
4. Pickup at warehouse – Choose if you want to pick up your scooter yourself:

5. Provide Contact Details
Enter your full name, phone number, height, and weight.
6. Booking Notes (Optional)
In the booking notes section, you can mention your preferred delivery and pickup times or any other important

7. Check All Acknowledgments
Review and check all acknowledgment boxes to confirm that you have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.
8. Click “Book Now”
Before clicking “Book Now,” ensure that you have selected your rental dates and filled out all
required fields.
Your selected product will be added to your cart, and you will be redirected to the checkout page.
9. Booking Multiple Scooters
To book two of the same model, adjust the quantity under the option when selecting dates
before clicking “Book Now.”
To book different models (e.g., 300 lb & 400 lb), repeat the steps for each product separately.
10. Add Add-Ons (Optional)
To add accessories, go back to the product page, select your add-on, and click “Book Now.” It will appear in
your cart.
11. Checkout
Go to your checkout page to review all products, confirm your total, and complete your booking.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will the battery last?
The battery life will depend on multiple factors, with the main ones being: scooter type, rider weight, terrain, and speed. You should have no problem getting 6-8 hours with the 300-pound capacity travel scooter and 8-10 hours on the 400-pound and 500-pound capacity. Each type of scooter can last much longer with even the 300-pound capacity being able to do over 12 hours but it depends on all the above factors. Parks like Animal Kingdom will significantly reduce the ride time due to the terrain and size of the park. Also, Epcot and Universal can decrease ride time if you are zig-zagging and going back and forth to different sides of the park instead of just doing a loop, as both parks have a lake in the middle. It is not recommended to park hop from Epcot or Animal Kingdom, as by the time you get to your next park, the battery will already be significantly reduced. You should always bring the charger to the park and charge at lunch and dinner.
What if it rains?
Rain should be avoided at ALL costs. There are a lot of sensitive electronic components in our mobility scooters and puddles and heavy rain will ruin the scooters. We do provide a poncho to help cover up the scooter controls and the rider. Heavy rain is to be avoided at all costs. If the scooter does get wet you will need to wipe the scooter and chair down, take the battery off dry the battery tray, and the battery its self.
What happens if we have issues with our scooter at the park?
If you happen to have issues at the park you can contact us through website chat or text us and a manager will call you to coordinate a time to either meet at the front of the park or at your hotel/vacation rental to swap the scooter out with a different one.
Can you delivery directly to the parks?
No companies are allowed to deliver or pick up mobility scooters from the parks. The only time we can come to the parks is when there is an issue with the scooters.
Do I need to be present for delivery and retrieval?
For Disney-themed hotels, yes. This is a Disney rule for all non-Disney scooters. Also, note just because the Hotel is on Disney property that does not always mean it is a Disney-themed hotel. For instance, the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is on Disney property but is not a Disney-themed hotel. For non Disney-themed hotels and Universal Resorts, the bell staff or front desk will hold the scooter when we deliver it and will hold it for when you are done with it.
Can someone sit in my lap on the scooter while I drive it?
No, do not do this. Even if the weight of the two riders combined does not exceed the limit it throws off the center of gravity and weight distribution of the scooter. Even a 30-pound child and a 120-pound grandma will quickly drain the battery.

It was unfortunate that I broke my toe just four days before my Disney trip! Since I couldn’t do much walking, I had no choice but to rent a scooter. As disappointed as I was to miss out on getting all my steps in (I love to walk!), I have to say it was so much fun riding through Disney.
Since I was traveling solo, renting a scooter actually gave me more time to enjoy resort hopping because I could get around much faster than walking. Booking was quick and easy, even so close to my trip, and both pickup and drop-off were a breeze. I had a great experience and would definitely rent from here again!
Clean, the cup holder is a life saver! Very good, doesn't look run down, I give it a little personality and protection from the heat with my shirt which is always a hit!

I only rent from Scooter king when I am in Orlando.. The Drop off is always on time. If you get stuck with trying to take it apart, they answer immediately!
A few months before our Disney trip, I found myself dealing with an injury and knew I’d need a scooter to navigate the Parks. I originally ordered a 3-wheel model. When it was delivered, that specific unit had an issue, so they left me with a 4-wheel scooter and promised to bring a 3-wheel first thing the next morning.
The 4-wheel model was definitely well-used, but it worked just fine and got me through the evening without any real problems. Due to my injury I could not bend my knee far enough to fit on the 4-wheel model.
As promised, they delivered the 3-wheel the next morning, and it worked great for the rest of the trip.
Everything functioned exactly as it should. The seat was comfortable, and the battery life was excellent — it lasted the entire day in the parks without needing a lunchtime charge. Communication throughout the whole process was clear and professional.
Overall, a smooth experience that helped make our Disney trip possible despite my injury. I’d absolutely recommend using scooterking.
It was extremely convenient to have the scooter for my mother. I had rented Just one in advance. But then I myself pulled a calf muscle the same day that we arrived. So I also had to rent a scooter for myself at the last minute. Scooter King easily accommodated me.
After the first day of our rental, the key from the scooter got lost somehow. We believe it must’ve fell out as we were loading it back in the van. I immediately messaged Scooter King thinking that they would be upset or maybe even charge me for an extra key. But they were so gracious and kind and did not charge me. They brought me an extra key with the additional scooter that I ordered the very next morning.

I’m so glad I decided to go with this company. I researched several different scooter companies and went with this one. We rented it for my elderly mother while visiting universal last week and it was a life saver! The scooter drove smoothly and kept a charge all day while driving in the parks. The company had the scooter waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived and when it came time to turn it in, all I did was leave it with the luggage department at the hotel. Super easy and worth every penny! Will definitely be using them again on our next trip to Orlando!

My scooter was delivered right on time directly to my Disney Resort as scheduled. Troy called me in advance to be sure I was expecting it. The picture is of my scooter for the week. My son was watching it for me while at Magic Kingdom. It fit wonderfully on all the WDW transportation! I charged the battery each night and it never ran out at the parks or Disney Springs. Alec texted me in pick up day and came right to my Saratoga Springs treehouse! This saved me at least an hour of my last vacation day. All the Scooter King staff exceeded my expectations. Service was awesome and the scooter worked great. They dropped it off and delivered it to our Resort. It was our first trip where my dad had to use one but it made a difference. I will definitely rent from them again when I go back to Orlando.

Great scooter. We had an issue the last day when I went to tighten the handle, the knob cracked. Good thing it cracked when it was tight enough for steering was in the up position. I informed scooter king of this issue and they did not hold me liable which I am grateful.

My husband ruptured his Achilles tendon during PT, the navy repaired it bit we had a trip to Disney planned and if it wasn’t for the scooter my husband wouldn’t have been able to do much.
We were from England and my wife hurt her Achilles heel so we needed a scooter. I recall scooter King as a recommendation from the staff at Disney and it was so easy. We just sent him an email. It was there in the next day had it for a week very good would recommend And when we are finished with just left it outside the room and they came and took it with no problems at all very good. Rented for 5 days. Scooter was dropped off at my rental and picked up from me as well. I liked the live tracking when it was being delivered. The scooter was as described and fairly easy to breakdown and transport. After researching the many rental retailers, Scooter King was by far the best value.

honestly, I was really nervous, but it helped me so much to enjoy my Disney trip by having this scooter and they made it so easy by dropping it off at the resort. I only regret not getting one on prior trips.
Ordering online was quick and easy. The scooter was delivered the following day right on time to the front of the resort. The deliverer kept in touch by text as he got close. He clearly explained everything and I was off and rolling within minutes. I rented it for 5 days and it performed flawlessly. Returning it was as seamless as the delivery. Scooter worked well and was a great help for our vacation. I subtracted a star as the scooter showed a fair amount of wear and tear to it - one of the battery compartments was falling apart, wear on arm rests, etc. It was entirely functional and worked great - just a bit worn. Thank you!
