What Scooter Should I Pick?
We often recommend the 400-pound capacity scooter, even for riders well below that weight, as it includes two batteries for extended use, making it perfect for long days at the park. Specifically, we suggest the 3-wheel version of the 400-pound capacity model because its design makes it easier to maneuver through crowded areas.

Are the scooters waterproof?
As of 2023, there are zero waterproof scooters / ECVs being made by any manufacturer. Light rain is typically not an issue but puddles can and will ruin the scooter. Try and avoid rain at all costs, it is an electric scooter after all.
What if the scooter has issues after we receive it?
As long as you remain within the city, we’ll come to your location at no charge to swap out the scooter or battery if needed. If it’s after hours, we’ll reimburse you for a park scooter rental—just be sure to keep the receipt.
Will the travel scooter fit into any car?
Yes, the 200, 300, and 400-pound capacity scooters are designed to fit into any car trunk. Multiple scooters can easily fit inside vans and SUVs as well.
How long does the battery last?
We guarantee 8 hours of battery life on all our scooters, although they are rated for 12 or more hours. As long as the scooter is fully charged the night before, it should easily last a full park day. If you plan to use the scooter for more than 10 hours, we recommend bringing the charger along and recharging during lunch and dinner breaks.
It’s best to avoid tackling both Animal Kingdom and Epcot in a single day, as Animal Kingdom has inclines that drain the battery faster, and Epcot is incredibly large (it can fit nearly every other Orlando theme park within its acreage!).
Do I need to be present for pick up and delivery?
Only for Disney-themed Hotels, Disney requires the guest or a member of the guest's party to be present for pick up and drop off. At all other hotels, you do not need to be present for pick up or drop off.

Can you delivery directly to the parks?
No companies are allowed to deliver or pick up mobility scooters from the parks. The only time we can come to the parks is when there is an issue with the scooters.
Can someone sit in my lap on the scooter while I drive it?
No, do not do this. Even if the weight of the two riders combined does not exceed the limit it throws off the center of gravity and weight distribution of the scooter. Even a 30-pound child and a 120-pound grandma will quickly drain the battery.
Can the rental scooters use Park transportation?
Yes, all of our Scooters are able to take advantage of Orlandos theme parks transportation. Whether you plan on using Magic Kingdoms monorail or Universal Studios busses we have you covered!
Do you deliver to my Location?
We offer free delivery to all hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals within 15 miles of Magic Kingdom. This includes Universal Studios Hotels, Disney Hotels, I-Drive hotels, and vacation rentals in Championsgate and Kississimee.
