Booking Instructions
1. Select Your Scooter
Choose your preferred scooter model. Each product displays two pricing options:
• Flat Rate (for 1–2 days)
• 3+ Days (for rentals of 3 or more days).
2. Choose Rental Dates
Select your rental period:
• For 1 day, select the same date twice.
• For 2 days, select both dates.
• For 3 or more days, select your start and end dates.
3. Delivery and Pickup Times
Choose your preferred delivery and pickup times. You will see simple pickup times and an option labeled
“The morning after my reservation ends.”
If you select this option, you will not be charged for the pickup date, and our team will collect
the scooter the following morning after your rental ends.
4. Enter Delivery Information
You will see four delivery options:
1. Disney-themed hotel – Select this, and all Disney Resorts and Hotels will appear in the list.
2. Orlando / Universal / Kissimmee Area hotel – Select and enter your hotel name and address.
3. Vacation rental home – Select and enter your rental home or Airbnb address.
4. Pickup at warehouse – Choose if you want to pick up your scooter yourself:

5. Provide Contact Details
Enter your full name, phone number, height, and weight.
6. Booking Notes (Optional)
In the booking notes section, you can mention your preferred delivery and pickup times or any other important
details.
7. Check All Acknowledgments
Review and check all acknowledgment boxes to confirm that you have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.
8. Click “Book Now”
Before clicking “Book Now,” ensure that you have selected your rental dates and filled out all
required fields.
Your selected product will be added to your cart, and you will be redirected to the checkout page.
9. Booking Multiple Scooters
To book two of the same model, adjust the quantity under the option when selecting dates
before clicking “Book Now.”
To book different models (e.g., 300 lb & 400 lb), repeat the steps for each product separately.
10. Add Add-Ons (Optional)
To add accessories, go back to the product page, select your add-on, and click “Book Now.” It will appear in
your cart.
11. Checkout
Go to your checkout page to review all products, confirm your total, and complete your booking.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will the battery last?
The battery life will depend on multiple factors, with the main ones being: scooter type, rider weight, terrain, and speed. You should have no problem getting 6-8 hours with the 300-pound capacity travel scooter and 8-10 hours on the 400-pound and 500-pound capacity. Each type of scooter can last much longer with even the 300-pound capacity being able to do over 12 hours but it depends on all the above factors. Parks like Animal Kingdom will significantly reduce the ride time due to the terrain and size of the park. Also, Epcot and Universal can decrease ride time if you are zig-zagging and going back and forth to different sides of the park instead of just doing a loop, as both parks have a lake in the middle. It is not recommended to park hop from Epcot or Animal Kingdom, as by the time you get to your next park, the battery will already be significantly reduced. You should always bring the charger to the park and charge at lunch and dinner.
What if it rains?
Rain should be avoided at ALL costs. There are a lot of sensitive electronic components in our mobility scooters and puddles and heavy rain will ruin the scooters. We do provide a poncho to help cover up the scooter controls and the rider. Heavy rain is to be avoided at all costs. If the scooter does get wet you will need to wipe the scooter and chair down, take the battery off dry the battery tray, and the battery its self.
What happens if we have issues with our scooter at the park?
If you happen to have issues at the park you can contact us through website chat or text us and a manager will call you to coordinate a time to either meet at the front of the park or at your hotel/vacation rental to swap the scooter out with a different one.
Can you delivery directly to the parks?
No companies are allowed to deliver or pick up mobility scooters from the parks. The only time we can come to the parks is when there is an issue with the scooters.
Do I need to be present for delivery and retrieval?
For Disney-themed hotels, yes. This is a Disney rule for all non-Disney scooters. Also, note just because the Hotel is on Disney property that does not always mean it is a Disney-themed hotel. For instance, the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is on Disney property but is not a Disney-themed hotel. For non Disney-themed hotels and Universal Resorts, the bell staff or front desk will hold the scooter when we deliver it and will hold it for when you are done with it.
Can someone sit in my lap on the scooter while I drive it?
No, do not do this. Even if the weight of the two riders combined does not exceed the limit it throws off the center of gravity and weight distribution of the scooter. Even a 30-pound child and a 120-pound grandma will quickly drain the battery.

It was unfortunate that I broke my toe just four days before my Disney trip! Since I couldn’t do much walking, I had no choice but to rent a scooter. As disappointed as I was to miss out on getting all my steps in (I love to walk!), I have to say it was so much fun riding through Disney.
Since I was traveling solo, renting a scooter actually gave me more time to enjoy resort hopping because I could get around much faster than walking. Booking was quick and easy, even so close to my trip, and both pickup and drop-off were a breeze. I had a great experience and would definitely rent from here again!
Clean, the cup holder is a life saver! Very good, doesn't look run down, I give it a little personality and protection from the heat with my shirt which is always a hit!

Easy to take apart to fit in trunk, and fast to put together. Extra bonus of riding from car to gates (vs renting one there). Pick up and drop off of scooter was awesome. Drove it all day and battery still strong. Would highly recommend this scooter and company.
I only rent from Scooter king when I am in Orlando.. The Drop off is always on time. If you get stuck with trying to take it apart, they answer immediately!
A few months before our Disney trip, I found myself dealing with an injury and knew I’d need a scooter to navigate the Parks. I originally ordered a 3-wheel model. When it was delivered, that specific unit had an issue, so they left me with a 4-wheel scooter and promised to bring a 3-wheel first thing the next morning.
The 4-wheel model was definitely well-used, but it worked just fine and got me through the evening without any real problems. Due to my injury I could not bend my knee far enough to fit on the 4-wheel model.
As promised, they delivered the 3-wheel the next morning, and it worked great for the rest of the trip.
Everything functioned exactly as it should. The seat was comfortable, and the battery life was excellent — it lasted the entire day in the parks without needing a lunchtime charge. Communication throughout the whole process was clear and professional.
Overall, a smooth experience that helped make our Disney trip possible despite my injury. I’d absolutely recommend using scooterking.
It was extremely convenient to have the scooter for my mother. I had rented Just one in advance. But then I myself pulled a calf muscle the same day that we arrived. So I also had to rent a scooter for myself at the last minute. Scooter King easily accommodated me.
After the first day of our rental, the key from the scooter got lost somehow. We believe it must’ve fell out as we were loading it back in the van. I immediately messaged Scooter King thinking that they would be upset or maybe even charge me for an extra key. But they were so gracious and kind and did not charge me. They brought me an extra key with the additional scooter that I ordered the very next morning.
I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

I’m so glad I decided to go with this company. I researched several different scooter companies and went with this one. We rented it for my elderly mother while visiting universal last week and it was a life saver! The scooter drove smoothly and kept a charge all day while driving in the parks. The company had the scooter waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived and when it came time to turn it in, all I did was leave it with the luggage department at the hotel. Super easy and worth every penny! Will definitely be using them again on our next trip to Orlando!
The scooters were very reliable. We rented 3 and used them all. Easy delivery and pickup at our Airbnb. DISNEY is more walking then we realized and I'm glad we rented these. I will definitely rent from Scooter king again.

My scooter was delivered right on time directly to my Disney Resort as scheduled. Troy called me in advance to be sure I was expecting it. The picture is of my scooter for the week. My son was watching it for me while at Magic Kingdom. It fit wonderfully on all the WDW transportation! I charged the battery each night and it never ran out at the parks or Disney Springs. Alec texted me in pick up day and came right to my Saratoga Springs treehouse! This saved me at least an hour of my last vacation day. All the Scooter King staff exceeded my expectations. Service was awesome and the scooter worked great. They dropped it off and delivered it to our Resort. It was our first trip where my dad had to use one but it made a difference. I will definitely rent from them again when I go back to Orlando.

Great scooter. We had an issue the last day when I went to tighten the handle, the knob cracked. Good thing it cracked when it was tight enough for steering was in the up position. I informed scooter king of this issue and they did not hold me liable which I am grateful.

My husband ruptured his Achilles tendon during PT, the navy repaired it bit we had a trip to Disney planned and if it wasn’t for the scooter my husband wouldn’t have been able to do much.
We were from England and my wife hurt her Achilles heel so we needed a scooter. I recall scooter King as a recommendation from the staff at Disney and it was so easy. We just sent him an email. It was there in the next day had it for a week very good would recommend And when we are finished with just left it outside the room and they came and took it with no problems at all very good. It’s definitely a five star service

Scooter King was amazing! Delivery and pick up to the house rental made it easy. The battery last through long days at the parks. We had an issue with the tire at Magic Kingdom and they sent someone right away to trade out the scooter. They have the best customer service! Definitely recommend!
Jamariqui was amazing to chat with picking up very informative and centered young man. I’ve always had flexible and pleasant experience. I’m not a fan of meeting up. Just because I love leaving it whenever I’m ready with bell service but the scooters are not worn out like the other company so the trade off of having a clean scooter that’s not broken, charges well and is cleaner is worth the small inconvenience.
We had a fantastic experience with Scooter King. We rented two scooters for the week. Despite having technical issues with one of the scooters they were incredibly responsive, visited our resort twice and replaced the scooter with same type/model. The scooters had crazy battery life! We used them in the parks all day without charging and still never passed 50% on the charge. They were very comfortable, incredibly agile for the ride queues and SO zippy!!! Who had any idea scooters could be so fun?! Incredible customer service from Curtis. And overall 10/10 for communication and value. If you are on the fence, do not hesitate to rent from scooter king!!!
My family wanted to go to the Nationals Car Show! The scooter gave my husband a wonderful day with everyone that he would have been unable to keep up with them. Next year we will definitely be back But we need to rent 4 of them. Can’t possibly see it all at our age😊
